About The Role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Project Manager who is much more than a traditional project manager.

This role sits at the intersection of ecommerce strategy, technology, client success, and project delivery. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ecommerce brands while helping guide projects from discovery through launch and ongoing growth.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly organized, an exceptional communicator, and passionate about ecommerce and technology. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can quickly switch between multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.

While previous ecommerce experience is valuable, we are equally interested in candidates who demonstrate strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, and the drive to become a true ecommerce expert. We are open to both experienced professionals and high-potential early-career candidates who are eager to grow through hands-on training and trial projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ecommerce projects and client accounts simultaneously
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, CRO, Design, Growth Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, and Partnerships
• Lead project planning, prioritization, timelines, and resource coordination
• Facilitate client meetings, status updates, and strategic discussions
• Identify risks, blockers, and opportunities before they become problems
• Proactively recommend improvements, optimizations, and growth initiatives for assigned accounts
• Help clients navigate ecommerce best practices, platform capabilities, and emerging technologies
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client objectives
• Translate business goals into actionable requirements for internal teams
• Assist with project estimation, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
• Stay current on ecommerce trends, platform updates, AI tools, CRO strategies, and digital commerce innovations

Nice-To-Have Experience:

• Ecommerce, digital agency, SaaS, or technology experience
• Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar
• Understanding of UX, CRO, SEO, paid media, analytics, or lifecycle marketing
• Experience coordinating technical or software development projects
