Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our team of talented engineers. This role involves leading the development of complex, high-traffic web applications for enterprise clients and helping to shape the technological direction of our projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with large-scale projects and a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize complex architectures. Experience with AI-driven technologies and working with large/enterprise clients is a major plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of high-traffic, enterprise-level web applications.
• Design and develop highly scalable and maintainable codebases using modern technologies (JavaScript, Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.).
• Implement and optimize front-end architecture using frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Develop complex back-end systems using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, AI specialists) to define and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Work with databases, both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), ensuring efficient data management.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions and technologies that enhance user experience or operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance for web applications with high traffic.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients to translate their requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with significant exposure to both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proven experience with large-scale or enterprise-level projects.
• Expertise in modern front-end technologies (React, Vue.js, Angular) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Python/Django).
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience working closely with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AI tools and platforms.
• Experience integrating AI technologies (e.g., AI-driven personalization, recommendation engines, or machine learning).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of serverless architecture.
• Experience with automated testing and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
