A complete Shopify redesign focused on bringing the Yulu Foods brand to life through immersive storytelling, interactive user experiences, and a scalable ecommerce platform that supports both retail and direct-to-consumer growth.

Challenge:

Yulu Foods had built a strong presence through retail partnerships, but needed a digital experience that could accomplish two objectives simultaneously: strengthen relationships with retail shoppers while also growing direct-to-consumer sales.

The brand wanted an ecommerce experience that felt playful, modern, and highly interactive, using motion and storytelling to differentiate itself in a crowded market. At the same time, the website needed to guide visitors toward nearby retailers when appropriate while encouraging direct purchases for selected products, all without creating friction in the customer journey. Branding, product education, and long-term scalability were equally important priorities.

Rather than building a traditional ecommerce storefront, we created an immersive digital experience centered around motion, playful interactions, and visual storytelling.

Custom animations, engaging layouts, and intuitive navigation bring the brand to life while making product discovery both entertaining and effortless.

 

Supporting Retail & DTC Together

The customer journey was carefully designed to support Yulu Foods’ hybrid sales strategy. Visitors can easily discover nearby retail partners while also purchasing eligible products directly from the website, allowing the brand to strengthen retail relationships without limiting ecommerce growth.
