Challenge:
Legacybox needed to continuously evolve its Shopify storefront while maintaining the reliability and performance expected from a high-volume ecommerce business. The objective was to modernize the frontend experience, eliminate technical debt, improve page speed, and optimize key conversion touchpoints without disrupting existing customer journeys.

Modernized Storefront Architecture
We completed a comprehensive refactor of the Shopify theme using Shopify Horizon architecture, creating a cleaner and more maintainable foundation for ongoing development.
Legacy code, deprecated applications, and unused third-party services were removed, significantly reducing technical debt while improving long-term scalability and maintainability.

We rebuilt Legacybox’s automatic discount system using a custom Shopify application paired with Cloudflare Workers, creating a faster, more reliable, and easier-to-maintain promotional engine while improving overall storefront performance and flexibility.
