We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PPC Manager, Paid Search & Social Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, passionate about driving client revenue, and capable of growing into a leadership position within our marketing team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on revenue growth, efficiency, and long-term performance
  
• Build and manage full-funnel paid strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention) aligned to client goals
  
• Conduct keyword research, audience development, creative testing, and budget pacing
  
• Continuously analyze performance data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities
  
• Collaborate closely with creative, CRO, email/SMS, and analytics teams to improve conversion and LTV
  
• Manage client communication around performance, insights, and next steps with confidence and clarity
  
• Develop testing roadmaps for ad creative, landing pages, and messaging
  
• Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and emerging paid media trends
  

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social for ecommerce brands
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, and implementation of pixels
• Proven track record of driving ROAS, CAC efficiency, and revenue growth
• Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and measurement (GA4, pixels, conversion APIs, etc.)
• Comfort in managing multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Experience working within an agency environment is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Looker Studio or Funnel
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads
• Experience planning, launching, or optimizing CTV campaigns
• Familiarity with CRO, landing page optimization, or lifecycle marketing
• Experience with Email Marketing
