We are looking for a talented, passionate, and creative candidate to join our ecommerce growth team at Absolute Web as an Ecommerce Growth Marketer. If you have a passion for ecommerce and a flair for building and optimizing marketing strategies, this is the role for you. This position blends big-picture strategy, tactical execution, and performance optimization to deliver measurable results for ecommerce brands at every stage of growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and performance for key ecommerce accounts across Shopify Plus and integrated tech stacks, driving CRO, LTV expansion, and revenue outcomes.
• Build and execute the CRO roadmap, automated experiences, and full-funnel strategies across email, SMS, paid search/social, retention, loyalty, affiliate, and organic channels.
• Partner with Sales on high-value opportunities, leading audits, strategic discovery, and growth conversations to help win and expand enterprise accounts.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs using tools like Triple Whale, GA, Klaviyo, and Shopify ecosystem platforms, turning data into clear insights and action plans.
• Analyze performance across channels, refine targeting and creative, and continuously optimize for conversion, retention, and ROI.
• Collaborate with UX, design, dev, content, PM, and analytics teams to translate growth strategy into high-performing customer experiences.
• Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep clients competitive and innovative.

Requirements

• 3+ years in ecommerce growth or performance marketing
• Data-driven, comfortable owning KPIs like CVR, LTV, ROAS, and revenue
• Confident client-facing communicator who can lead strategy conversations
• Strong understanding of CRO frameworks and testing methodology
• Familiar with the Shopify ecosystem and working cross-functionally with UX, dev, and analytics teams
• Experience running or contributing to A/B tests
• Deep knowledge of ecommerce UX best practices
• Experience with email automation (Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Attentive)
• Comfort with analytics and interpreting data beyond surface-level metrics
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically
• Operator mentality, outcome-focused, and curious about AI and emerging tools
