Job Overview
We’re looking for a Paid Media & Social Strategy Manager who can not only lead data-driven paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid channels, but also help shape and execute impactful social media strategies that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and performance across platforms.
You will work closely with our digital marketing, design, and partnerships teams to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns while also overseeing organic and influencer strategies that amplify brand reach.

Miami Offices Only
This is a full-time position based out of our Miami office, with the option for hybrid flexibility. You can choose to work from either our Aventura or Brickell locations, whichever is most convenient for you.
Required Experience

3+ years of experience in paid media or digital marketing, ideally in an agency or ecommerce environment.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and key KPIs for performance marketing.

Experience managing organic social media and content calendars.

Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing platforms or programs.

Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability.

A passion for ecommerce, social trends, and building community online.
Duties and Responsibilities
Paid Media (PPC + Performance Marketing):

Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and other channels.

Continuously analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement across ROAS, CPA, and audience targeting.

Manage budgets and provide regular performance reporting to internal teams and clients.

A/B test creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates.
Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement organic social media strategies for brand growth, engagement, and conversion.

Create and manage social media calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter), in collaboration with the content team.

Identify emerging trends and algorithm shifts to keep clients ahead of the curve.

Guide content production to align with performance and brand voice.

Monitor social metrics and community sentiment to inform strategy.
Community Management & Growth:

Build and nurture online brand communities through consistent, engaging interactions.

Manage direct responses, comments, and DMs to ensure timely communication.

Foster positive sentiment and encourage user-generated content and conversations.

Collaborate with client teams to ensure brand tone and reputation are protected.
Influencer Marketing (Optional/Bonus):

Develop influencer strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign launches.

Identify, vet, and coordinate with influencers or content creators.

Track performance and ROI of influencer collaborations and giveaways.
