Grand Western Steaks (GWS) faced several technical challenges on Magento, including Yotpo's default integration not supporting a customized loyalty landing page and Magento’s limitation of single-use coupon codes, which hindered their heavy use of discounts. A CRO analysis revealed a significant checkout drop-off when customers saw shipping costs, and Magento’s default checkout lacked a discount code field during the shipping step, complicating the process for customers.

Results:
We implemented a custom integration to showcase a tailored loyalty page for GWS, improving user experience. A third-party module was installed to allow multiple reward point discounts while limiting regular discounts to one per order. To reduce checkout drop-offs, we integrated a service that auto-detects the customer's state and displays shipping costs upfront. We also added the option to apply multiple discount codes during the shipping step, enhancing convenience and boosting conversion rates.
