We’re looking for a dynamic Events Manager + Partnerships to join our team and help elevate our events and partnership strategies to the next level, who will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-impact events while managing strategic partnerships that align with our brand goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in event management, excels in relationship building, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Required Experience

  • Experience: 2+ years in event management, partnerships, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills; strong communication and negotiation abilities; creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Tools: Proficiency with event management software, CRM systems, and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Personality: Energetic, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Bonus: Previous experience in the ecommerce space or a similar field is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

Events Management

  • Plan and execute a variety of events, including conferences, trade shows, networking events, and VIP experiences.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and day-of execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and maximize attendance.
  • Ensure events are aligned with the brand and deliver exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Analyze event performance and provide data-driven insights for future improvements.
  • Travel to different events that we sponsor or organize, mostly within the USA.

Partnerships

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and event impact.
  • Develop co-branded opportunities with partners, including sponsorships, joint activations, and collaborative marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and actively seek new opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related activities.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to align event and partnership strategies with company objectives.
  • Manage external vendors, contractors, and volunteers as needed.
